MODES!!!!

    Dude,

    So it think we all have those things that we continually struggle to grasp or use properly, etc. For me that has been any time I tried to get deep into modes.

    That section about modes is worth the price of this class. Like many I was taught the modes the first way you explained. And frankly have just struggled with them since. I can get where I need but it always takes a lot of thinking and a lot of stopping to make sure I am still on track.

    In 5 minutes your explanation set that aside. Holy crap haha. Also that answers the question you ask about why folks with a "music" education take a theory 1 class :)
