    No, not from the VI forum... :eek: Talking mostly about the MFP subforum on GS. I occasionally see people post there with "I want to learn to compose - how do I go about it?" inquiries. Like a guy today. I told him to go here:

    - and get some classes.

    Wondering if I should tell people to come here, or not? Want to check before I do...

    We definitely don't need to actively drive people here. It will always be more effective if it's a self-selecting set; people who are internally motivated because they're motivated by the classes.

    I am definitely a quality-over-quantity type of guy and this site isn't supported by ads so views alone are not a concern. Honestly, if we had 20 people who routinely posted helpful information then this site would be more useful than about 99% of others. I'm really pleased with the community thus far and I've never anticipated this being a daily go-to social thing but more like a resource and a place you can trust to be worth whatever time you spend here.

    That said, if you know someone who really wants to improve their composing skills and you think the masterclasses would help them, then direct them to my site or the free ones on YouTube and the rest tends to take care of itself.
