    As a celebration for John Williams 85th Birthday (which I thought was in February - but hey ho - better late than never) there is a big treat for all us JW fans (and who isn't ?) on the BBC this week.

    On Friday July 21st there is a tribute at the BBC Proms. It is being broadcast (in HD too) at 8.00pm.

    I have a bottle of something special lined up - this will definitely be one for the projector and surround system.

    I would imagine you can watch from BBC iPlayer with some suitable software....

    Yes! I'm actually going to see the concert on Thursday, and I'm pretty excited about it.

    I don't think people outside of the UK are gonna be able to see the retransmission... that's quite a shame.
