1. Didja accidentally blow through the whole, "We're using our real names" thing on registration? No problem, just send me (Mike) a Conversation message and I'll get you sorted, by which I mean hammered-into-obedient-line because I'm SO about having a lot of individuality-destroying, oppressive shit all over my forum.

  1. There are some nice ideas I like but it is hard for me to pinpoint exactly why I didn't enjoy them as much as I feel I should.
Later on it feels like you mickey-moused the action going on on the screen with abrupt changes.
But in my mind about 3-4 minutes is kind of the limit for "normal difficulty" if I may express it that way, of making a piece totally cohesive, so I know it is hard to make a bit longer one like this.
I think that the issue (for me at least) might be that the progression you start with is a bit too long, a lot of chord changes that go one after another, maybe also having some kind of smaller pattern would help to grasp the progression easier and some clearer contrast between tension and release in the harmony. Then the melody kicks which I couldn't exactly remember but I noticed that it is being reharmonised at 1:18 so that is good! That motif I think has some nice potential that you didn't took advantage of unfortunately. But yeah generally I would say try to make "packages" of 2-4-8, it is very often like that, it is possible to have a longer chord progression but in that case it needs to have some smaller recognisable packages of 2 for example.
I hope there is something of use and that makes sense
    Cheers!
