    Yes, it is the full orchestral score for the movie Totoro. It is official.

    Mind giving a link? I can find a boatload of arrangements for concert band or the like, but nothing official, at least here in Canada.

    Probably best to share those things via PM,dropbox, or other means. IMO

    It's more "fair use" if its one's own take down, as that person put in the hard yards.
    Plus it's more about the craft of transcriptions and it's artform.

    Actually, you're right, it must be a transcription. Not in Japanese, has a key signature rather than accidentals, etc.
