      <content:encoded><![CDATA[It appears that the Hal Leonard scores for Star Wars are missing the key signature. The Indiana Jones <i>Raider&#039;s March</i> theme has the key signature. I looked online to find if this was a mistake, and only found answers like the following (from the Steinberg message board):<br />

      <content:encoded><![CDATA[I am not sure how to interpret the combination of volta brackets and codas in this piece (see attachment). From my understanding, it looks like I should do the following:<br />
<br />
<ol>
<li>Play the entire first page.</li>
<li>Go back to the beginning of page 1, but skip over volta bracket 1, and instead play volta bracket 2 until the coda sign (?)<ol>
<li>Here is another repeat section with a volta bracket 1 and 2. Play through those and stop at the coda.</li>
</ol></li>
<li>Go back to the beginning of page...</li>

When I&#039;m transcribing a piece (including trying to write my own compositions) I always struggle to work out the time signature. What I end up doing is inputting the notes into the DAW and play around with the grid until stuff lines up enough that I can figure out what the time signature should be. <br />

Now I&#039;m not talking about dense arrangements or complicated pieces. I struggle with even simple tunes. Today I tried to just figure out the time signature of a bunch of Christmas songs and...<br />
